Kung Pao Chicken

This Chinese chicken made with chicken cubes, onion, chili peppers, and peanuts is one of the recognized Chinese food dishes. Dried chili is often added to the recipe for a spicy taste. Another version also includes Ciba fermented chili paste in which chicken is stir-fried along with green onion, garlic, and ginger. Well, if you are a westerner, you can use marinated chicken with chicken broth, ginger, garlic, onion, corn starch, sugar, salt, and pepper. You can also add veggies like carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and so on.

Chinese Fried Rice

Chinese fried rice includes eggs, rice, and vegetables as its main ingredients. Meat and seafood are also used in many varieties. Well, there are many varieties of Chinese fried rice including Hokkien fried rice that uses a thick sauce and a combination of veggies and meat. Yin Yang fried rice is another variety that is known for designing the dish in the form of a yin-yang symbol using white and red sauces. Also, other varieties include Yeung chow rice made with barbecued pork and scrambled egg and Szechwan fried rice made with onions, garlic, and chili sauce.

Also known as hamburger in other countries, Roujiamo is a bun filled with meat which is generally pork. The pork is basically stewed in soup with several spices as well as seasonings before serving as a filling for buns.

Hot And Sour Soup

This spicy and sour soup contains ingredients like pork, mushrooms, cabbage, tofu, day lily buds and, carrot, and bamboo shoots in a broth. The soup is given a spicy and sour twist with peppers and vinegar. Sometimes, the broth may contain pork pieces along with pork blood. The hot and sour soup is often served with snacks.
