Another version also includes Ciba fermented chili paste in which chicken is stir-fried along with green onion, garlic, and ginger. Known as one of the recognized Chinese food dishes, scrambled eggs with tomatoes have eggs and tomatoes as the main ingredients. Some southern varieties also use sugar instead of salt. In other parts of the world such as the Philippines, another version is served with garlic fried rice.
Peking duck includes bite-sized sliced duck eaten with cucumber, onion, hoisin sauce, and pancakes. The duck is seasoned and dried for about a day before being cooked in a hung oven. Zhajiangmian is a dish made with wheat noodles and zhajiang sauce, the latter of which is prepared with stir-fried chicken and salty soybean paste. Some regions also use vegetables as toppings for the noodles. Chicken for this dish can be anything – from pork to beef.
Hot And Sour Soup
This spicy and sour soup contains ingredients like pork, mushrooms, cabbage, tofu, day lily buds and, carrot, and bamboo shoots in a broth. The soup is given a spicy and sour twist with peppers and vinegar. Sometimes, the broth may contain pork pieces along with pork blood. The hot and sour soup is often served with snacks.
